The Role
• Drive sales performance for the psychiatry portfolio by executing strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Develop and implement data-driven business plans and strategies to maximize sales execution within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a product expert, demonstrating comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of market complexities in primary care and neurology settings.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues.
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical and regulatory compliance guidelines.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets within a specialized therapeutic area.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to master and annually recertify product knowledge through rigorous training.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries.

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $126,000.
