The Role • Cultivate positive patient experiences and drive long-term member retention through creative and compliant engagement. • Act as a lobby ambassador, identifying opportunities for referrals, patient ambassadors, and service recovery. • Escalate service recovery issues to ensure timely resolution for patients. • Proactively identify members for early service recovery intervention using patient experience tools. • Build strong relationships with brokers and agents connected to the center. • Intervene on future and past disenrollments in partnership with the Center Dyad, and notify relevant parties for re-enrollment. What You'll Need • Proven ability to engage with patients and drive retention initiatives. • Experience in identifying service recovery opportunities and escalating issues. • Skill in building and maintaining relationships with external partners like brokers and agents. • Proficiency in leveraging patient experience and CRM tools. • Ability to analyze trends and report on patient engagement and disenrollment data. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
