The Role • Safeguard people, property, and assets by monitoring premises for suspicious activity. • Enforce rules and regulations while providing a visible security presence. • Respond to incidents and emergencies, deterring criminal activity and maintaining order. • Offer customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. • Actively patrol a variety of locations to ensure a safe and secure environment. What You'll Need • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. • Excellent observational and de-escalation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Strong communication skills, capable of working closely with security teams. • Intermediate computer skills and a reliable means of communication and transportation. • 1+ year of customer service experience; prior security experience is strongly preferred. • Legal right to work in the United States and ability to speak, read, and write English effectively.
