Psychiatry Account Manager | Madison, WI | Hybrid | $120,000 - $140,000 base + $39,000 incentive target

The Role
• Lead the promotion of the company's psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Develop and implement data-driven business plans and strategies to maximize sales performance within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and possess comprehensive therapeutic expertise in neuroscience.
• Navigate reimbursement landscapes, addressing payer access issues and utilizing company resources effectively.
• Adhere strictly to pharmaceutical and regulatory guidelines, including company policies and FDA regulations.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience.
• Proven ability to achieve high scores on product knowledge exams and obtain annual certification.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to use digital sales tools.
• Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries which include Madison, Janesville, Beloit, LaCrosse, and Eau Claire.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
