Job Description

Dalpera Marine & Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive - Marine Technology & Offshore Solutions to generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships in the marine, offshore, and industrial sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through market research, networking, and outreach
  • Identify potential clients such as shipyards, vessel owners, ports, EPC contractors, and industrial companies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Present Dalpera products and services to prospective clients
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
  • Coordinate with suppliers and technical partners when required
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
  • Prequalification's


Products & Services

The role will involve promoting Dalpera's solutions including:


  • Marine surveillance systems
  • Long-range acoustic communication systems
  • Marine navigation and communication equipment
  • Environmental monitoring systems
  • Industrial inspection and technical services


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years experience in business development or sales preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to generate and follow up on business leads
  • Willingness and ability to travel PAN India and internationally when required
