We're hiring for a leading national logistics and distribution company specializing in tailored last-mile solutions for the food service industry, known for its efficiency, safety, and commitment to its associates.

The Role

• Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying order and product accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Utilize warehouse technology, including RF scanners and inventory systems, to track orders.
• Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets according to customer orders.
• Visually inspect and verify all incoming and outgoing product.

What You'll Need

• Comfort working in temperature-controlled environments, including freezers and coolers.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners is preferred.
• Valid forklift certification with 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Strong reading and math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation.
• Ability to use a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) for order selection.
