The Role • Operate and load advanced heat treatment furnaces for material refinement. • Monitor and precisely control process parameters, including temperature curves, time intervals, and furnace atmosphere. • Conduct systematic quality checks on heat-treated batches according to inspection plans. • Safely transport heavy components internally using crane systems. • Document furnace operations and record any process deviations. • Participate in error analysis and troubleshoot minor production issues. What You'll Need • Practical experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in metal or heavy industry. • Proficiency with complex machine controls and strong technical understanding. • A valid crane operator license is advantageous (training can be provided). • Willingness to work a rotating 4-shift system. • A conscientious, reliable, and responsible work approach.
