Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI / ML Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing Agentic AI applications, building production-ready ML models, and leveraging cloud platforms to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall Software Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong programming experience in Python or Java.
• Solid experience with Machine Learning frameworks and tools.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Investment Banking or Financial Services experience.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) domain experience.
• Strong AWS experience.
• Hands-on technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy large-scale AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize Agentic AI workflows and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads on cloud platforms.
• Build scalable distributed AI systems using technologies such as Kubernetes, Ray, or Slurm.
• Implement MLOps best practices including MLflow, model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
