The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio through direct sales and marketing strategies. • Execute sales strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive performance. • Develop and implement business plans, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize sales execution. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. • Gather and analyze market trends and competitive dynamics within the therapeutic area. • Navigate and understand complex reimbursement landscapes and payer access issues. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Strong understanding of CNS/neuroscience therapeutic areas (depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain high scores on product knowledge exams. • Self-starter with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital sales tools. • Ability to live within 40 miles of territory boundaries (Madison, Janesville, Beloit, LaCrosse, Eau Claire). • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
