The Role • Lead and manage a youth ward team, providing both professional and organizational guidance. • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy, and facilitate family sessions. • Lead and conceptually develop station-specific therapeutic groups. • Actively participate in the design and implementation of innovative treatment concepts. What You'll Need • Licensed as a child and adolescent psychotherapist or a psychological psychotherapist with a focus on behavioral therapy. • Proven experience in treating children and adolescents. • Enjoy leading and developing team members both professionally and personally. • High level of empathy, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
