Role: Copilot Collaboration Engineer

About the Team:
The Modern Workplace and Collaboration Services team is focused on advancing Fitch’s digital workplace strategy through secure, scalable, and innovative collaboration technologies. The team leads enterprise initiatives across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, partnering closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, strengthen governance, and create measurable business value.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
· Architect, build, and govern enterprise-grade solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Platform, enabling advanced AI agent capabilities across Fitch’s collaboration ecosystem.
· Design and deploy secure, compliant, and scalable agentic AI solutions integrated with Microsoft 365 and line-of-business applications.
· Lead technical initiatives and establish standards and best practices for conversational design, prompt engineering, and multi-turn agent orchestration.
· Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to business stakeholders while supporting Fitch’s citizen development program.
· Establish quality assurance, telemetry, analytics, and continuous improvement processes to optimize adoption, reliability, and measurable business outcomes.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
· You have 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI agent solutions.
· You have 5+ years of hands-on experience leading engineering or support teams within the Microsoft collaboration ecosystem.
· You have advanced expertise in conversational AI, prompt engineering, solution ALM, and secure architecture.
· You have experience with governance, data loss prevention, environmental strategy, and compliance for Power Platform and AI solutions.
· You have strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and integrations with Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, and other cloud services.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
· Experience architecting and deploying complex conversational agents, multi-step copilots, and custom connectors in enterprise environments.
· Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and security for AI and Power Platform technologies.
· Prior experience influencing strategy and leading adoption of AI and Power Platform technologies in a regulated industry.
· Experience managing analytics, telemetry, and operational reliability for AI-powered collaboration solutions.
· Familiarity with modern automation tools such as PowerShell, Power Automate, and Azure Functions.
