SAP Service Management Consultant – Senior / Expert

Position Overview

We are seeking highly experienced SAP Service Management Consultants with strong expertise in SAP Service Management Suite and SAP Public Cloud environments. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of delivering SAP Service Management solutions, configuring enterprise structures, and supporting site-specific configuration requirements.

This role requires a strong hands-on functional consultant who can independently analyze business requirements, perform SAP configuration, support implementation activities, and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

·         9+ years of SAP consulting experience for the Senior Consultant position.

·         12+ years of SAP consulting experience for the Expert Consultant position.

·         Strong, hands-on experience with SAP Service Management.

·         SAP Service Management Suite specialization is mandatory.

·         Strong experience with SAP Public Cloud environments.

·         Proven experience configuring enterprise structures and performing site-specific/manual configuration.

·         Strong understanding of SAP Service Management business processes and configuration.

·         Demonstrated experience working as a functional SAP consultant, not solely in a project management or technical role.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and configuration skills.

·         Ability to independently lead configuration activities and resolve complex functional issues.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

·         Ability to work effectively in a fully remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with large-scale SAP implementations or transformations.

·         Experience supporting multiple sites, business units, or complex enterprise structures.

·         Strong understanding of SAP cloud implementation methodologies and best practices.

·         Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams.

·         SAP certifications related to Service Management, SAP Public Cloud, or relevant SAP solutions are a plus.
