Job Description

Split Shift: 06:00 - 15:00 / 13:00 - 22:00

Were looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management company on well renowned campus based in Essex.

As a Mechanical Engineer, youll be:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a corporate office environment

  • Working on FCUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, valves, and general mechanical systems

  • Supporting HVAC and plumbing maintenance as required

  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards

As a Mechanical Engineer, youll need:

  • A background in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing maintenance

  • Experience working within commercial or blue-chip environments

  • Good understanding of building services systems and fault-finding

  • Relevant mechanical qualifications and a proactive attitude
