The Role • Lead and manage a team of over 100 merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations within a designated market. • Oversee and ensure the successful execution of key merchandising projects, including resets, new item cut-ins, stocking, and audits. • Drive talent acquisition by recruiting and training assigned employees to meet client and project demands. • Maintain rigorous quality standards and achieve on-time project completion rates of 95% or higher. • Foster strong collaborative relationships with retail partners and client personnel. • Manage district operational costs, including travel expenses and overtime. What You'll Need • 1-2 years of experience in retail or field operations management. • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor hourly employees. • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and tasks. • Proficiency in web-based reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team and client interaction. • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within the district.
