The Role • Lead technical strategies and solution architecture for next-generation AI Radio Access Network (RAN) deployments across government and commercial sectors. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and government decision-makers, shaping new technology adoption strategies. • Act as the technical capture and closer for high-value, complex sales opportunities, ensuring interoperability and influencing product roadmaps. • Architect hybrid deployments that integrate legacy 4G/5G infrastructure with AI-native RAN components, including GPU-accelerated processing and cloud-native functions. • Assess and mitigate security implications of AI RAN deployments, incorporating zero-trust architectures and RMF compliance. • Design solutions that address interoperability challenges between O-RAN components, proprietary systems, and government security frameworks. What You'll Need • Proven experience architecting hybrid deployments bridging legacy 4G/5G with AI-native RAN components. • Demonstrated experience leading technical engagements with senior leadership and government stakeholders. • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and research teams. • Ability to drive and deliver compelling technical documentation, executive briefings, and proof-of-concept demonstrations. • Knowledge of security implications including zero-trust architectures and RMF compliance. • Ability to translate sophisticated concepts into quantifiable business value and obtain a Secret clearance.
