Job Description:

Role: SAP S/4HANA QA Manager

Location: Washington, DC – Onsite 5 days

Duration: Full Time

Experience required: 10 years

Salary/Rate: $155K/Annum including (94% base + 6%variable pay)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA QA Manager to lead quality assurance for large-scale SAP programs.

The role involves managing end-to-end testing strategies across complex SAP implementations, with responsibility for driving quality across SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing.

Responsibilities:

·       Lead QA and testing activities for large SAP S/4HANA programs, covering SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing

·       Own and manage the SAP testing track, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices

·       Provide overall Quality Assurance leadership for SAP projects

·       Lead and mentor a team of approximately 25 FTE, including onshore and offshore resources

·       Drive testing for Brownfield implementations; open to Greenfield projects as well

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test readiness, defect management, and delivery quality

Required Skills:

·       Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA testing and QA leadership , Customer Interaction and Requirement Collation

·       Proven track record of leading large SAP program testing

·       Hands-on experience managing SAP QA/Test teams

·       Exposure to Brownfield SAP projects (Greenfield experience is a plus)

·       Implementation type not restrictive; both Brownfield and Greenfield acceptable
