Job Title: SRE Engineer with Performance Engineering & UI Optimization Experience

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 2+ years

Description: We are looking for an SRE Engineer with strong Performance Engineering experience. This role is focused on system reliability, scalability, monitoring, and performance optimization. We are seeking a Performance Engineer, not a Performance Test Engineer.

Required Skills:

·         Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

·         Hands-on experience in Performance Engineering and system tuning

·         Experience with performance analysis, load testing, and bottleneck identification

·         Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, Prometheus, etc.

·         Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)

·         Strong understanding of Linux, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

·         Scripting experience with Python, Shell, or similar

·         Experience working in CI/CD and DevOps environments

Responsibilities:

·         Improve application and platform reliability, scalability, and performance

·         Analyze system behavior under load and identify performance bottlenecks

·         Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions

·         Work closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams

·         Support production stability and incident resolution activities

Preferred:

·         Telecom or large enterprise environment experience

·         Experience with automation and performance optimization strategies
