Senior Manager, Data, Insights & Measurement (ANZ)

JOLT is the world's largest EV charging and digital out-of-home (DOOH) media company, combining media, mobility and technology to create a unique advertising platform.

As we continue to build and evolve a best-in-class data, insights and measurement capability across ANZ, we're looking for someone who wants to help shape what comes next and help establish JOLT as a market leader in audience intelligence, measurement and commercial innovation.

You'll own JOLT's commercial data, insights, attribution and measurement capability across ANZ from vendor relationships and technical delivery through to commercial application. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and key stakeholders, you'll build and evolve the capability, translate complex data into commercially actionable recommendations and help drive pipeline, revenue and stronger client outcomes.

This is a hands on role. You'll work directly with clients, agencies and data partners, balancing technical problem solving with commercial thinking. One day you might be building an AI enabled workflow or refining an attribution model; the next you'll be presenting to clients or supporting a major pitch.

AI is a core part of how this role operates and a genuine hiring bar. We're looking for someone who's already using AI well beyond everyday productivity. You should be able to demonstrate how you've used AI through agents, automations, workflows or prototypes to solve real business problems, improve quality, deliver innovation and reduce manual effort.

This is a full time role, working closely with Sales, Marketing and cross functional stakeholders across ANZ and globally, and includes regular client engagement, strategic presentations and collaboration across the business.

JOLT operates a flexible hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week from our Sydney HQ.

Regular travel will be required to support commercial activity, client opportunities and broader business initiatives.
