Senior Software Engineer

Introduction:

The Senior Software Engineer will play a crucial role in our team, with a focus on software engineering, API development, and investment management. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being present in either the London USA or New York USA office for at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Utilize SQL Databricks, including Databricks scheduler, for data processing and management
• Have knowledge of the State Street Alpha Data Platform
• Work with Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) and integrate via the CRIMS API
• Apply investment management experience to understand business functions and data domains
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally
• Demonstrate a self-driven and motivated work ethic
• Analyze requirements, provide pragmatic solutions, and pay attention to detail
