Key Requirement:
Looking for a hands-on Amazon Connect Routing Engineer, not an Architect-level profile.

Candidate should have strong production experience designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting Amazon Connect routing solutions, including Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues, Lambda integrations, and AWS-based automation.
