Education and Experience »
  • Experience with GIS technologies such as Esri tools, enterprise geodatabases, and spatial data services.


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of data governance concepts including stewardship, lifecycle management, metadata, and data quality.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, engage stakeholders, and coordinate cross?functional teams.
  • Skills in research, analytical thinking, workflow documentation, and process design.
