Job Description:
The IT Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT.
- Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems, and industry standards, and recommend solutions.
- Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information.
- Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and provide user and operational support.
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
- Operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
- Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 5 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management, and prioritization skills.
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly.
- Demonstrated expertise or strong knowledge in the Fraud domain, particularly in managing enterprise-level solutions for fraud detection and prevention.
- Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering AI-based projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
- Business Analyst certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Credit Card and Retail Banking domains is required.
- Experience working on Digital Banking or Digital Transformation initiatives is required.
- Recent hands-on experience with AI/Generative AI initiatives, AI-enabled business solutions, or AI product implementations is required.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Position Overview:
The Application Support Technical Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:
- Fraud Delivery Lead to provide end-to-end technology oversight and delivery for Bank's Fraud projects and initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal teams, service providers, and vendors including planning, execution, and successful delivery for Fraud Book Of work
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels by establishing success metrics
- Guide stakeholders and engineering teams in making informed trade-off decisions, considering business objectives, technical platform strategy, customer experience, and maintainability.
- Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identify and define necessary system enhancements; analyze existing system logic, identify problems; and recommend and implements solutions.
- Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of application support.
- Aptitude for analyzing complex problems, developing practical solutions, and making timely decisions.
- Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks to minimize their impact.
Description

- Partners with multiple technology areas and management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals.
- Works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements
- Considers the implications of the application of technology to the current environment.
- Identifies risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues; communicates impact; proposes risk mitigation options.
- Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts; allocates work.
- Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Directly impacts the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services.
- Persuades and influences others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned

Qualifications:
- 8+ years’ experience project management experience within an application support environment
- Track record for managing large scale technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodology
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and/or similar project management tools
- In depth technical understanding of software components such as Microservices, API, Rest/SOAP, On Prem/Cloud, etc.
- Ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project goals, progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Capacity to influence decision-making and negotiate solutions that balance stakeholder needs with project objectives.
- Ability to use AI for day-to-day program management work.
- PMP, CSM, ACP certifications are a plus
Banking / Domain Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred:
- Fraud / Fraud Operations
- Loans / Lending
- Deposits
- KYC/KYM
- AML
- Credit Card / Retail Banking
- Fraud detection, prevention, monitoring, or risk management platforms
- AI/ML or Generative AI initiatives within Banking or Financial Services
Certifications
- PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are a plus.
Education
- Bachelors/University Degree, Master’s degree preferred
