Salesforce Agentforce Architect - AY

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Architect to design and deliver scalable Service Cloud and Agentforce solutions for enterprise clients.
Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in an Architect/Technical Lead role
• Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Agentforce, Omni-Channel, CTI, Experience Cloud
• Hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
• Knowledge of Platform Events, Change Data Capture, OmniStudio
• Experience with Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT or other DevOps tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, and Agile/Scrum
• Salesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred
