Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in the healthcare domain to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of healthcare products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand customer and market needs, and deliver innovative, compliant, and scalable healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, clinicians, business stakeholders, and regulatory teams.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new product opportunities.
• Ensure products comply with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, and other applicable healthcare compliance requirements.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend process improvements that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
