Application Support Analyst

Summary:

As an Application Support Analyst, you will take ownership of the Housing software portfolio, ensuring the system is performant, fully supported, and always meets business needs. You will report to the Lead Applications Support Analyst and collaborate closely with our IT Service Desk, in-house squads, Product Owners, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide second-line support for Housing applications, escalating to suppliers or in-house squads for third-line support where necessary.
* Work closely with suppliers to manage and resolve third-line incidents and ensure delivery against SLA.
* Take ownership of priority incidents, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
* Contribute to internal and external service reviews and maintain the application roadmap.

Application Support Analyst

Attributes/Skills:

* Experience of working on a busy and demanding Application Support Environment
* Proven experience in implementing or supporting Housing Applications such as NEC, Unit4, Total Mobile, DRS, Keystone or Dynamics 365 within Housing Associations or Local Authorities
* Knowledge of ITIL principles; formal qualifications at Foundation level are desirable.
