The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop and implement data-driven business plans and strategies to maximize sales performance within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the local market dynamics and therapeutic area. • Effectively navigate and address reimbursement and payer access issues. • Ensure adherence to all pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies. What You'll Need • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university. • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Proven ability to score highly on disease and product training exams, with annual certification. • Strong self-starter mentality with excellent work ethic and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy. • Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
