What You'll Need • Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, or complex backgrounds. • Understanding of trauma-informed care and strength-based approaches. • Ability to support individuals with varied risk profiles and complex life experiences. • Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills. • Capacity to remain calm, supportive, and professional in challenging situations. • Experience in supported accommodation or recovery services is desirable.
