Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Windows server environments
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Office 365
• Support VMware virtualization infrastructure and virtual servers
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco networking equipment including switches, routers, wireless networks, and firewalls
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively resolve system issues
• Perform server upgrades, patch management, and hardware refresh activities
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives
• Assist with cloud-based infrastructure and Microsoft Azure administration
• Maintain endpoint security and enterprise security best practices
• Document infrastructure configurations and technical procedures
• Collaborate with IT staff and business users to deliver reliable technology solutions
• Participate in infrastructure improvement and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, or Network Administration
• Strong experience administering Windows Server environments
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on VMware administration and virtualization experience
• Experience supporting Cisco networking technologies including routing, switching, and wireless
• Knowledge of enterprise backup and disaster recovery practices
• Experience implementing security best practices across server and network infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer support abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience supporting enterprise firewalls and endpoint security solutions
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell or similar)
• Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications
• Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
