The Role • Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members on the roadside. • Tackle a variety of challenges, from simple fixes to complex fault-finding. • Start and finish your working day from home. • Work demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week with optional overtime. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions independently.
