The Role • Lead the promotion and sales of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop and implement data-driven business plans, utilizing digital tools to identify opportunities and drive sales execution. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders within the territory. • Possess deep understanding of the local market dynamics and expertise in the therapeutic area of psychiatry. • Effectively communicate product value propositions, probe customer needs, handle objections, and drive desired behavioral changes. • Navigate and understand reimbursement landscapes, including payer access issues. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales. • Demonstrated ability to master complex clinical and product information. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with sales data reporting tools. • Must reside within 40 miles of the specified territory boundaries and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
