Senior Business Analyst - Insurance

If you're a London Market Insurance Business Analyst who wants more variety, more influence, and exposure to strategic change, this could be worth a conversation.

You'll join a central change team delivering a broad portfolio of initiatives across the business, including:
Technology-enabled transformation
Regulatory change
Business process improvement
Target Operating Model design
Strategic business programmes

This is a highly business-facing role, partnering directly with stakeholders across multiple divisions including Underwriting, Claims, Finance and senior leadership.

You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior BAs, helping raise standards, shape the BA capability and contribute to building a stronger change function offering great exposure if you're looking to move towards leadership in the future.

What you'll need:
5+ years' Business Analysis experience in a business-facing change environment
Strong London Market insurance knowledge
Experience working directly with insurance stakeholders
Experience supporting insurance-focused change initiatives
Comfortable with circa 3-days a week in the London office
