You will play a crucial role in maintaining the infrastructure that supports advanced medical care for a significant region. The Role • Undertake maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, and renewals to ensure safe technical operation. • Process technical reports, conduct condition checks, and perform regular technical rounds. • Coordinate external subcontractors, brief them on site, supervise their work, and formally accept completed tasks. • Participate in technical projects and support the energy management team in implementing energy efficiency measures. • Record technical information, process relevant data, and ensure legally compliant documentation of all services. • Participate in on-call duty to ensure rapid response to disruptions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a journeyman or master in electrical engineering (e.g., energy and building technology, building energy and infrastructure systems, operational engineering electrical, or communication and security technology). • Several years of professional experience and knowledge of relevant regulations. • Good IT skills, particularly with MS Office and CAFM systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently address technical challenges. • Enthusiasm, teamwork, and a service-oriented attitude, along with a willingness for further training. • A valid driver's license class B.
