Job Overview:
The Information Technology Application Support Analyst I supports software systems by providing troubleshooting, technical assistance, installation, and training to software users. • Ensure work is thoroughly reviewed and checked by a senior associate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma with four (4) years of relevant experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
