Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Transformation Office Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support the operational execution of enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will coordinate financial administration, vendor and contract processes, governance activities, reporting, and cross-functional business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operational activities for Digital Transformation Office initiatives
  • Maintain governance documentation, approvals, records, and operational artifacts
  • Coordinate activities and deliverables across technology and business teams
  • Track budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and financial reporting activities
  • Assist with forecasting, spend analysis, accruals, and vendor funding tracking
  • Support monthly financial reporting and budget administration processes
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, contract approvals, renewals, and compliance reviews
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Information Security teams on vendor engagements
  • Track contract milestones and maintain vendor documentation
  • Create reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and project status updates
  • Analyze operational, financial, and portfolio data to support leadership decision-making
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with developing standard operating procedures
  • Support automation and operational excellence initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, PMO, project coordination, business analysis, digital transformation, or a related field
  • Experience supporting budgets, vendor management activities, financial operations, or operational reporting
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting technology transformation or enterprise change initiatives
  • Experience working within large enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with project portfolio management (PPM) processes
  • Exposure to procurement, contract management, or vendor governance
  • Knowledge of operational excellence or process improvement methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
