Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen our institutional partnerships and drive student outreach initiatives across South Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners, creating awareness about international education opportunities, and contributing to student acquisition through strategic engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational partners within the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute institutional visits to generate awareness about international education and study abroad opportunities.
- Organize seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and student engagement programs in educational institutions.
- Identify potential student leads through institutional networking and outreach initiatives.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of prospective students.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, exhibitions, career events, and promotional campaigns.
- Track outreach activities, maintain accurate records, and submit regular performance reports.
- Analyze market opportunities and contribute to regional business growth through effective relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, Field Marketing, or Education Outreach (experience in the education or study abroad sector is preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within South Bengaluru for institutional visits and business development activities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
