Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Resolve hardware, software, Windows OS, and network connectivity issues.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities.
• Support Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 issues.
• Support conference room AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
• Perform hardware replacements, software installations, and system updates.
• Document incidents and service requests using an ITSM/ticketing tool.
• Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to ITIL best practices.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT Desktop Support or End User Computing.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and deployment.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
