The Role • Provide comprehensive HR support to leadership and contribute to daily HR initiatives. • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring, to fill open positions efficiently. • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all HR-related documentation and compliance. • Administer HR programs, including benefits, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation. • Serve as a point of contact for associate inquiries and policy enforcement. • Support the development and implementation of HR training programs. What You'll Need • At least 1 year of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within the hotel industry. • Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes and fill open positions. • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and compliance. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters. • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems is beneficial.
