Senior Software Engineer, Climate Analytics Engine

Copeland is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Analytics Feature Team in Australia. You will scale a Python-based analytics engine, integrate with Kubernetes and Docker, and collaborate with data scientists to handle 10x data growth while maintaining clean, observable, and scalable code.

You should have strong Python experience with Pandas/NumPy, plus familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services. You will work in a small agile team with autonomy and impact.
