As Australia's trusted sovereign partner in training, CAE delivers world-class solutions and expertise to support the nation's defence and security objectivesAt CAE, a Courseware Developer works within a group of dedicated training professionals to develop interactive eLearning content for our Defence and Security clients in Australia.As a Courseware Developer, you will work as part of the production team comprised of other developers, multimedia specialists, quality assurance personnel, web developers, and subject matter experts to build a full range of learning products from one-page job aids to full e-learning courseware programs or interactive 3-D simulations.This role will begin as a 12-month, Full Time, Fixed Term Contract.DescriptionDesign and develop CAE managed courseware and training materials in line with standardised product processes and product specificationsParticipate in review of training content to ensure adherence to development standards and requirements and implement feedback from the development teamAdhere to delivery schedules and report any issues arising related to scope or scheduleCollaborate with colleagues in sharing of expertise and the performance of similar or connected tasksMinimum QualificationsExperience or qualifications in the development of computer-based trainingSolid experience in training development, ideally within defence or aviation industriesExperience with Learning Content Management Systems and authoring toolsProficiency with Microsoft SuiteAbility to work to a hybrid arrangement, minimum 3 days in the office and 2 days flexible.
