Program Manager With Lead to Cash (L2C)

Job Summary

• Lead end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) programs, covering lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, order management, billing, and revenue processes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to achieve business objectives.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable process and system solutions.
• Oversee CRM and ERP integrations, ensuring data accuracy and seamless process flow across platforms.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and change management activities for L2C initiatives and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial controls, and governance standards while delivering program outcomes.
