Position: Technical Lead - Backend Development

Job Description

·        8–12 years of backend development experience.

·        2–4 years as a Technical Lead or Lead Engineer.

·        Strong expertise in NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, AWS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

·        Experience designing canonical data models, golden records, event-driven systems, and REST APIs.

·        Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and LLM integrations.

·        Insurance domain experience, preferably in Property & Casualty (P&C), with knowledge of policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, and renewals.

·        Strong leadership, architecture, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
