About The Role

At HammondCare, technology plays a critical role in improving the quality of life for people with complex health and aged care needs. We're seeking an experienced and strategic technology leader to join our executive team as General Manager - Digital Products & Platforms. This is a significant leadership role, reporting to the CIO. You will own HammondCare's digital platforms & products capability, leading the teams responsible for building, evolving, and optimising the platforms that underpin care delivery, workforce productivity, business operations, and future innovation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for HammondCare's digital products, platforms, and enterprise systems, ensuring alignment to organisational priorities and future growth.
• Lead multiple agile squads across Salesforce, ERP, care systems, integration services, and digital experience platforms, creating a high performing delivery culture focused on outcomes.
• Establish and evolve a modern product and platform operating model that aligns product management, engineering, delivery, support, and business teams around customer value.
• Drive engineering excellence through Agile, DevOps, automation, quality engineering, secure by design principles, and modern delivery practices.
• Lead product adoption, platform utilisation, and benefits realisation, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business and operational outcomes.
• Partner with Data, AI & Analytics leaders to establish AI ready platforms, ensuring the foundations for analytics, automation, and responsible AI adoption are in place.
• Lead strategic vendor, partner, and software supplier relationships, ensuring strong commercial outcomes, innovation, and value for money.

About you

• 15+ years' experience leading enterprise technology products, platforms, digital services, or engineering organisations.
• Demonstrated success leading large multidisciplinary teams across product, platform, engineering, delivery, and operational functions.
• Experience establishing and scaling modern product and platform operating models.
• Strong experience across enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, digital workplace, and care or customer facing systems.
