ITSM Platform Engineer

•    Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
•    Minimum of 4+ years of experience administering, configuring, or engineering enterprise ITSM platforms.
•    Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Incident Management and Change Management processes.
•    Experience designing workflows, forms, automation, SLAs, notifications, and approval processes within an ITSM platform.
•    Experience implementing and supporting integrations with enterprise systems through APIs, middleware, or iPaaS technologies.
•    Strong understanding of ITIL Incident Management and Change Enablement practices.
•    Experience supporting compliance, audit, and governance requirements in regulated environments.
