Lead Python Developer/ FastAPI

They will lead multiple engineering teams, guide architectural changes, and ensure the product''s sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Python-based APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Implement asynchronous execution, long-running processes, and downstream API orchestration
• Ensure API design, error handling, security, and testing standards are met
• Collaborate with cloud and platform engineering teams for operational support and scalability
• Lead production releases, testing, and provide technical feedback to the team

Requirements:

• Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in software or product engineering
  • Strong understanding of Angular and TypeScript for modern frontend architecture
  • Experience with designing and developing Python-based APIs
  • Knowledge of cloud-hosted applications, containers, and CI/CD
  • Experience with production releases, testing, and operational systems
• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Angular 20 and Angular 19
  • Understanding of AI integration, agentic systems, and LLM-enabled products
  • Knowledge of regulated systems, GxP, and validation-aware product delivery
  • Experience with clinical development, study design, and clinical data management
