- Manage day-to-day deal processes, including client communications, diligence coordination, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.
- Oversee and mentor Analysts and Associates, providing training, feedback, and professional development support.
- Coordinate staffing across active engagements and ensure efficient allocation of team resources.
- Review financial models, valuation analyses, pitch materials, and board presentations.
- Work closely with senior bankers to develop client relationships and support business development initiatives.
- Participate in industry research, strategic market analysis, and new client opportunities.
- Help drive the continued growth of the firm's expanding advisory platform.
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of investment banking experience, ideally within an industry coverage group, debt capital markets (DCM), or a related advisory environment.
- Proven experience leading transaction execution and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and manage junior banking professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Desire to transition toward greater client coverage and origination responsibilities over the long term.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
Why Join?
- Opportunity to join a growing investment banking platform at an exciting stage of expansion.
- Strong deal flow across a diversified and evolving advisory business.
- Direct exposure to highly experienced senior leadership and decision-makers.
- Clear path toward increased client responsibility and business development opportunities.
- Collaborative culture that values mentorship, professional growth, and long-term career development.
- Stable platform with significant investment in future growth and expansion.
