Role: Sr. Technical UKG Lead – Workforce Management

Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months | Contract-to-Hire
Interview: Video

 



Travel: Occasional project travel required

 

Role Overview:
Seeking a hands-on UKG Workforce Management Technical Lead to lead technical execution for a large-scale UKG implementation. The candidate will bridge architecture and development, working closely with the Solution Architect and engineering teams.  

 

Must-Have Technical Stack:

  • UKG Workforce Management (WFM)
  • UKG Integrations / APIs / Interfaces
  • Data Flows & Integration Development
  • UKG Security Model / Roles / Permissions
  • Technical Architecture & Solution Design
  • Large-Scale UKG Implementations

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UKG WFM integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data flows
  • Partner with architects on technical architecture and solution design
  • Develop and implement UKG security models, roles, permissions & access controls
  • Guide Senior Engineers and integration developers
  • Troubleshoot complex technical/integration issues
  • Ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards
