What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience in managing fresh food or bakery departments. • Strong knowledge of fresh products and a keen eye for quality. • A solution-oriented, results-driven work ethic with a structured and conscientious approach. • Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills. • Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system, Monday to Saturday.
