Multi-Specialty Account Manager | Tampa, FL | Hybrid | $110,000 - $126,000

The Role
• Lead the promotion of a specialized psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge.
• Develop and implement business plans using data-driven insights to maximize sales performance in the Tampa territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders within primary care and neurology settings.
• Gather market intelligence on trends, dynamics, and competitor activities to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
• Navigate and communicate reimbursement dynamics and payer access issues effectively.
• Adhere to all pharmaceutical and regulatory compliance policies.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience.
• Proven ability to understand and articulate complex therapeutic area and product information.
• Demonstrated strength in business planning, sales execution, and customer relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Must live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries (Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota, Bradenton) and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
