The Role • Provide essential roadside assistance to members, resolving a variety of vehicle issues. • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and battery faults on light vehicles. • Manage your own vehicle and equipment efficiently, ensuring readiness for service. • Adapt to a flexible shift pattern, covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. • Respond effectively to breakdowns and provide excellent customer service under pressure. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent, with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A valid UK driving licence. • A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills. • Flexibility to work varied shifts between 06:00 and 02:00, with rostered hours confirmed in advance. • Ability to work effectively on-site and respond to member needs promptly.
