Location : Remote- Canada ( The client is based in Canada, You can work remotely from the USA, but you will need to work according to Canadian business hours)

JD-

An SAP Workforce Software (WFS) Test Lead manages testing strategies, plans, and execution for workforce management implementations within SAP landscapes.

Key Requirement

·        Minimum 10+ years of experience

·        Design and implement testing plans across WFS modules like Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and scheduling.

·        Validate data flow and integration points between WFS and core SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or Payroll.

·        Lead testing teams, mentor testers, track defects, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

·        Align test scenarios with business objectives and report testing progress to project managers
